Encore provided a refreshing customer experience. We had hail damage on one of our properties. The job was done on time and within budget as was promised. The crew they used was awesome, and cleaned up all excess debris. Hans and Mike were very professional and easy to work with. They were also easy to communicate with and always available. Encore also provided a recommendation for a roof on our other property , which they did not do the work on. I wish I had known them before and I would have had them do the job
The windstorm Christmas evening, which fell on Sunday, sheared a 16″ diameter main riser 20′ up into my nearly 50 year old maple tree and slammed it into my roof, penetrating the plywood sheeting in several places and tearing off 30′ of gutter and fascia. I began leaving messages for the insurance agent, roofing contractors and tree guys the next morning. The very first response I got was from Hans and Mike at Encore, and from that point on I never had to wait on them for anything. The temporary patches, the plywood repair, and the shingle replacement, were done quickly and look better than the original. I would recommend Encore to friends and family.

They were easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Once the work was scheduled, their crew of six got the job done in a day and a half, and ahead of schedule! They did a great job cleaning up that we could barely tell they had been there. Afterwards, Hans and Mike took us up on the roof to show us the work that was done. We have since received many compliments on our new roof!
I contacted Encore Roofing based on a referral from a friend. I own a sprawling ranch house with multiple additions as well as a large garage and storage building. The owner’s, Mike and Hans, met with me the very next day and inspected all the roofing areas. There inspection revealed that the roofs had extensive hail damage. They coordinated with my insurance company, met with the adjustor, and handled the process from start to finish! They had roofing materials delivered within a week and the roofs replaced the week after. They were onsite with their crews every day. They made sure the site was safe and secure.
